Overview of all reports available in RetailReady and what insights they provide.

Your Business at a Glance

RetailReady includes a full reporting suite to help you understand your EDI business performance. Reports can be filtered by date range and trading partner, and exported as PDF or Excel files for sharing with your team or importing into other tools.

To access reports, click Reports in the left navigation under Compliance.

Order Summary

Shows all orders grouped by period, trading partner, and status. Use this report to see order volume trends, total order value, and how many orders are in each status (New, Acknowledged, Shipped, Invoiced, Paid). This is your go-to report for a high-level view of your order pipeline.

Revenue by Retailer

Breaks down your revenue by trading partner. See which retailers generate the most revenue, compare month-over-month performance, and identify your most important retail relationships. Useful for strategic planning and prioritizing retailer partnerships.

Shipment Performance

Tracks your on-time shipping rates, carrier usage patterns, and shipping cycle times (how long from order to shipment). This report helps you identify shipping bottlenecks and measure your OTIF (On Time, In Full) performance — a key metric retailers use to evaluate suppliers.

Invoice Aging

Groups outstanding invoices by age: 0–30 days, 31–60 days, 61–90 days, and 90+ days. Use this to identify slow-paying retailers and follow up on overdue payments. Healthy aging means most invoices are in the 0–30 day bucket.

Chargeback Analysis

Analyzes chargebacks by reason code, trading partner, and time period. See which types of chargebacks you receive most often, which retailers issue the most fines, and whether your chargeback rate is improving over time. This report is essential for identifying compliance gaps and reducing penalties.

EDI Document Activity

Shows document volumes and success/failure rates by type (850, 855, 856, 810, 997). Use this to monitor the health of your EDI operations — a rising failure rate may indicate connection issues or data quality problems that need attention.

Product Sales

Ranks your products by revenue and quantity across all orders. See your top sellers, identify products with declining demand, and spot seasonal patterns. Filter by retailer to see which products perform best at each store.

Payment Collection

Tracks payment timing, collection rates, and payment method breakdown. See how quickly retailers are paying you and whether deductions (chargebacks, allowances) are eating into your revenue. Use this alongside Invoice Aging to get a complete picture of your cash flow.

Exporting Reports

Every report can be exported in two formats:

  • PDF — A formatted document ready for printing or emailing to your team.
  • Excel — A spreadsheet you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet tool for further analysis.

Click the PDF or Excel button in the top-right corner of any report to download it.
