What is EDI and why do I need it?
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is the standard way major retailers like Walmart and Target exchange business documents electronically. If you want to sell to these retailers, EDI compliance is mandatory. Without it, you can't receive purchase orders, send shipping notices, or submit invoices.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most customers are up and running within a day. Our guided setup wizard walks you through connecting to your retail partners. If you already have your vendor credentials from the retailer, setup can take as little as 15 minutes.
Do I need technical knowledge to use RetailReady?
Not at all. We designed RetailReady for business owners, not IT departments. You'll work with familiar concepts like orders, shipments, and invoices. All the EDI complexity is handled behind the scenes.
What retailers do you support?

On Starter and Growth plans, you can process additional orders beyond your limit at a small per-order fee. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises. Scale plan customers have unlimited orders.
How does billing work?
We bill monthly via credit card. You can cancel anytime and won't be charged for the following month. We don't require long-term contracts or have cancellation fees.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your data is stored in secure data centers and we maintain strict access controls. We never share your data with third parties.
What kind of support do you offer?
All plans include email support with response times based on your plan level. Growth customers get priority support, and Scale customers get dedicated phone support plus a personal account manager.
