Is there a per-document fee?: No. Unlike many EDI providers, we don’t charge per document or per line. Send unlimited 850s, 855s, 856s, and 810s on your flat monthly rate.
What’s included in the free trial?: 14 days of full access to your selected plan. Card required at signup — the trial converts automatically unless you cancel. Test with practice orders before going live.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What retailers do you support?: We support 5 direct-connect retailers today: Walmart, Best Buy, Burlington, Meijer, and Sam’s Club. Each one is hand-built against the retailer’s published spec — not a generic EDI template. If your retailer isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll evaluate adding direct support.
Do I need technical knowledge?: No. The platform is designed for business users, not IT professionals. We guide you through setup and handle the technical details.
Will this stop my chargebacks?: We prevent document-error chargebacks — ASN accuracy, envelope IDs, code lists, qualifiers, cross-element rules. A fail-closed pre-send gate blocks a non-compliant 855/856/810 before it transmits. Physical outcomes like on-time delivery or fill rate are logistics, not document data, so no EDI engine can prevent those — and we won’t pretend otherwise.
What kind of support do you offer?: All plans include email support with response times under 24 hours. Growth and Scale plans include priority support; Scale includes dedicated support.
